تحيل نظرية ما بعد الاستعمار في أحد التعريفات التي رصد دوغلاس روبنسون إلى دراسة مستعمرات أوروبا السابقة و كيفية استجابتها للأرث الثقافي الكلونيالي أو مقاومته أو التكيف معه أو حتى التغلب عليه.
و إذ نعود لدراسة الإرث الاستعماري الفرنسي بالجزائر فإننا سنكتفي بدراسة الرواية للبحث في كيفية تفاعلها مع هذا الإرث، و كيفية تمثيلها للمستعمر و للأنا بعد الإستقلال، معتمدين مقاربة ثقافية لرواية هي "معارضة" كما وسمتها الترجمة للعربية لرواية الغريب، الرواية في قسم منها كتابة مضادة للنص الكلونيالي يعمد فيها الراوي إلى إثبات الشخصيات العربية التي غيب النص السابق و يهبها اسما و عائلة، مثبت الهوية الجزائرية في مقابل هوية المستعمر، لكنها في قسم آخر تعيد انتاج الخطاب الكلونيالي حيث تصور الجزائريين في صورة الكسالى، الفوضويين، المخربين
Abstract EN
In one of the definitions that Douglas Robinson monitored, postcolonial theory refers to studying the former colonies of Europe and how they responded to the colonial cultural heritage.
we suffice to study the novel, to research how it how it represents the colonized and the ego after independence, adopting a cultural approach to a novel that is "opposition" as the Arabic translation of the novel of the stranger, the novel in part of it is counter writing of the colonial text in which the narrator confirming the Algerian identity in exchange for the identity of the colonized, but in another section she reproduces the colonial
