The research aims to identify the nature of the performance of the quantitative tools of monetary policy and monetary stability and the relationship between them in Iraq for the period (2004-2019), with reference to the most prominent indirect monetary policy tools used and the nature of their work to achieve their goals, and to identify the impact of the foreign currency sale window, which is the most important The modern quantitative tools of monetary policy have the greatest impact on achieving monetary stability, by analyzing the reality of the study's economic variables.

The study found an inverse relationship between the foreign currency sale window and monetary stability in Iraq.
