Genetic fingerprint is one of the most important modern scientific methods that opened a wide section in the criminal field, especially as it provides very accurate data on the personality of the biological impact in the crime scence, and the existence of a link between it and the crime committed, and on this basis, it is a scientific proof which helps the judge in the formation of his doctrine of certain convivtion and contentment, both during the investigation and trial stages, and helps to reduce judicial errors and reach a high degree of truth, but this do not exclude the system of judicial conviction, where the criminal judge broads authority to take evidence before it.

This power grants him that the formation of his personal conviction is not arbitrary or random, but a freedom having specific cotrols which must be observed and followed in order to reach the right provisions that safeguard the right and maintain the proper functioning of justice and the protection of fondamental freedoms and human rights and citizens, and thus achieving fair trial.
