so fot that the, World became interconnected at countries, governments, peoples levels and even individuals one.

This tangle reinforces the establishment of knowledge society criteria that became an urgent need to societies development.

And the network system represents one of the most important approaches this system, as it works to lay its foundations in way to adopt the performance knowledge society culture.

But the real situation - especially in Arab countries - stops us in front of several obstacles wich hold us back to facilitate the question, which certainly underscores the need to create networked channels and content that facilitate media's work among themselves serving the individual and society in an environment that seeks to rise to knowledge society level.
