The study aimed to measure the impact of strategic entrepreneurship with its dimensions (innovation, acceptance of risks) on innovative performance in its dimensions (flexibility, response) in the presence of an entrepreneurial culture as a modified role, a field study on the Bank of Khartoum and Faisal Islamic Bank - El Obeid City, where the study problem was represented in a question Chief, what is the impact of strategic leadership on innovative performance in the presence of an entrepreneurial culture as a modified variable, the study used the descriptive analytical approach, the study relied on the questionnaire as a main tool for collecting data from the study population consisting of (57) individuals, all of whom were selected through comprehensive inventory.

The Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) program was used to analyze the data, and the factor analysis method and the Amos analysis method were used.

The study reached a number of results, including: There is a partial relationship between strategic leadership and innovative performance, that the entrepreneurial culture does not modify the relationship between strategic leadership and performance.

The study concluded that there is a positive relationship between the innovation dimension and innovative performance, and there is no relationship between the dimension of risk acceptance and innovative performance.

The study recommended the need to pay attention to adopting new ideas to support the innovative performance of banking services.

It also recommended that banks accept new initiatives, even if their results are not guaranteed returns.
