Abstract EN

The present study attempts to identify the reality of applying electronic management in the public sector during COVID-19.

In order to achieve this objective, have been adopted the descriptive-analytical method and conducting a practical study at the level of the Directorate of Local Administration in Wilaya of Saida by distributing a questionnaire to its employees, that includes a series of items related to the dimensions of electronic management: computer hardware, computer software, communication networks and knowledge makers.

The results of the study found that the Directorate of Local Administration in Saida applies electronic management to a moderate degree.

Moreover, 76.

90% of the variance in applying electronic management in the Directorate of Local Administration in Saida is due to communication networks, 72% due to computer hardware, 59.
