Daesh reflected various images of extreme hatred in dealing with those who are captured by its fighters.

These images take the forms of burning people alive, selling them, burying them alive and taking them as slaves.

This level of hatred does not distinguish between old-aged men, women, youths and children.

According to Takafiri terrorism, all deserve this treatment and they should be uprooted because they are disbelievers.

Daesh is a criminal group which does not recognize human rights, rather it looks at humans as something saleable, burnable and subject to killing, captivity and insult.

In this regard, UN and human rights commissions reports were crowded with the crimes committed by Daesh fighters.

Research centers were founded and security council resolutions were issued to stop sponsoring this criminal group and to consider those sponsors as criminal and Daesh acts as crimes against humanity.

The other side of the coin is the case of European and Western militants who join Daesh gangs and enter to Syria via Turkish gate.

This has proved Europe’s failure in its attempts to merge those terrorists in the social texture of the European society.

Moreover, this failure is realized in the inability to treat those militants as normal citizens of full aptitude.

They suffer from marginalization, unemployment and inferiority.

Accordingly, they feel of being isolated and foreign as they are tempted by social media “of simple life and Jihad leading to paradise”.

As such, those fighters will release their abhorrence and anger against regimes they feel of their injustice.

The present study is concerned with: 1.

Daesh’s crimes and violations of human rights in the territories Daesh occupied.

It is a non-sacred war against Man.

Militants who found in the recruitment to Daesh as a means of salvation from exclusion, but they fall in a more dangerous manner.
