The scientific research is the key and the criterion that measure the societies' development because it encourages and develops constructive ideas.

In the same context, the researcher in Law makes his starting point any phenomenon that draws his attention, or any topic that calls for research.

Such research relies on methodological bases and citation and quotation rules because without them we cannot write a research as it cannot start from vacuum.

Thus, scientific integrity is ensured all along with what the others have reached; this excludes plagiarism.

The ministrial decree provided for sanctions against any act of plagiarism since any authentic research in Law must respect those principles all along with correct referencing.
