The idea of this article revolves around the study of examples of the calamities of Shari’a politics according to Al-Borzoli, in terms of structure and recitation, which called me to this article due to the importance of the topic as it relates to the jurisprudence of Shari’a politics, which this chapter did not receive a sufficient amount of fundamental and restrictive studies, and this study aims to demonstrate the importance of linking calamities related to politics.

Legitimacy in jurisprudence in the light of the purposes of Islamic law; The problem of this research arises in knowing the most important jurisprudence and intentional rules governing the calamities of legitimate politics according to Al-Borzoli, and three approaches were followed in this research represented in the inductive, demonstrative and analytical approach, and the research included three main topics.

The first topic: the concept of the calamities of legitimate politics.

The second topic: the introduction of Al-Borzoli and his book.

The third topic: the calamities of legitimate politics according to Al-Borzoli between relegation and shortening.

The flexibility of the Maliki school of thought and its validity for every time and place.
