This research paper sheds light on school psychological counseling from a distance and revealed its importance in light of the spread of epidemics and fatal diseases, where the researcher discussed its advantages and importance, as well as the role of the school psychological counselor in maintaining the mental health of students from the effects of the pandemic and extension services that should be focused on as indicated by scientific studies on the subject, in addition to the effective methods of remote psychological counseling through text, audio and visual Internet media, the research paper also presented the psychological, social and economic obstacles that limit the effectiveness of this type of psychological counseling in student circles.

This paper concluded with a set of proposals that the researcher assessed are necessary to increase the effectiveness and value of remote school psychological counseling
