Abstract EN

The present research aims at investigating the relationship between the Ambidextrous leadership behaviors in the Strategic Renewal in a sample of the leaders of the Ministry of Youth and Sports, as well as the level of application of each and its dimensions.

The researcher used the questionnaire as the main means of collecting research.

The descriptive analytical and reconnaissance methodology was used as a research methodology to survey the opinions of the sample (236) views of the ministry's leaders, represented by the general directors, their assistants, heads of departments and public officials.

The data were analyzed using two statistical packages (SPSS V.24 & AMOS V.24) and a set of statistical methods were used (weighted mean, standard deviation, simple and multiple regression coefficient, relative frequency, test Adequacy of the sample, decomposition For exploratory factors, confirmatory factor analysis, relative importance, and relative iteration) to draw conclusions, The researcher is attain to the existence of relationship and impact of Ambidextrous Leadership behaviors in Strategic Renewal, the research included four axes first went to the methodology and second to theoretical frame and the third to view and analyze the results and test hypotheses while the fourth was devoted to the conclusions and recommendations.
