Civil society organizations are considered one of the best mechanisms for participation in decision-making and the development of societies by virtue of being an expression of independent, organized and voluntary initiatives on the part of various groups from different social groups, through the support and effort they provide and their care and service roles and the initiatives and solutions they offer And their ability to participate in addressing the national crises facing countries, given that the crisis is defined as an unexpected situation that affects the lives of many citizens, and civil society organizations are usually more familiar with local conditions than government institutions or international organizations, which enables them to help find solutions Effective for the problems caused by the crisis, and since many of the problems that arise from the crisis require solutions with joint efforts, and since joint work based on trust, cooperation and the conviction of the political system in the importance of the role of civil society organizations enables society to recover from and contain the effects of the crisis, and the Corona pandemic is considered One of those crises faced by the Egyptian state, which put civil society organizations to the test of effectiveness for their role and influence.
