The study of this research delved into the subject of biology teachers' employment of technological innovations in teaching.

Where the researchers relied on the descriptive approach, and to achieve the goal of the study and its hypotheses, the researchers used a scale of employing technological innovations represented by (37) paragraphs with five alternatives (always, often, sometimes, rarely, never).

The scale was applied to the research sample represented by (130) male and female teachers from the research community and (10% ) of the total community were chosen randomly, and the validity and psychometric characteristics were confirmed by adopting the statistical bag (spss), and the results showed that there are differences due to the gender variable in favor of Males, and there were no differences in the educational qualification variable and years of service.
