Abstract EN

The goal of this article is to talk about the affiliation groups and their relation to administrative corruption which is considering one of the prominent problem that Algerian organizations suffer from, and a functional barrier to achieve the organizational goals and objectives, the study found that so affiliation groups with their various branches formed inside the organization, and their members are linked to a pattern of informal relation based on regional and kinship ties, relations of interest and mutual benefit, and that's the main thing that influence the structure of the organizational system, official standards and forms of exercising authority and decision-making, in addition to cracking official regulations.
