This article monitors the cumulative state of the continued closure of the cognitive and professional horizon of training in journalism and media and communication sciences in Algeria, due to the continuing divergence and sometimes dissociation between academic and professional aspects and the decline of the general qualification level, which is due to the worsening phenomenon of the displacement of scientific and professional values in the field of media training in the dimensions of scientific academic and professional media equation practices.

We will also highlight the implications of this breakthrough in the cognitive and professional horizon and its implications for the ethics of media practice in Algeria's audiovisual space.

In the end, we will provide a scientific vision with cognitive and professional anchors in the form of recommendations to move from the static state of authoritarian guardianship to the dynamic and monopolistic status of the legitimacy of professional practice.
