Abstract EN

The aim of the research is to identify the reality of achieving a competitive advantage in the Faculty of Education, Mansoura University, on the light of Egypt's vision 2030.

To achieve the aim of the research, the researcher used the descriptive method, and relied on a questionnaire applied to a sample of (200) members of the Staff of the Faculty of Education, Mansoura University.
