Abstract EN

This article aims to analyze the direction of the Algerian legislator towards the elimination of cybercrime, while trying to highlight how Algeria is trying to achieve a legal arsenal put; from the side substantive and procedural in order to fight against cybercrime in all its manifestations and the means of its perpetration, withe format that corresponds toas possible with the rapid and dangerous development of this type of contemporary crime.
