This article aims to clarify the relationship between communication and Arabic rhetoric, and how the process of linguistic communication occurs in Arabic rhetoric, in order to shed light on the most important rhetorical theories that took precedence by addressing and detailing the subject of linguistic communication; The linguists and rhetoricians explained the roles played by all the parties to the process and the sound methods that lead to the delivery of the message from the speaker to the recipient.
