The present study aims to address the Quranic legislations of inheritance in Surat An-Nisaa (verses: 11, 12, and 176) that contain the most important sharia rulings on inheritance .This study also focuses on Quranic methods that assist Muslim scholars to extract sharia rulings on inheritance.

The methods that have profound semantic implications on sharia rulings on inheritance, for instance, include: inversion, explanation after vagueness, as well as brevity and comprehensiveness.

In addition, the researcher seeks to analyze Quranic discourse that speak to the brain and the heart in a delicate balance that would make Muslim keen to apply these rulings on inheritance.
