Abstract EN

This paper addresses four methods that Islamic Shari’a uses to attain respecting legislation and sovereignty of law.

Two of these are subjective and two are external sources based on the tolerant Shari’a, with resilience in application.

The first section defines the aim of respecting Islamic Shari’a and the sovereignty of its decrees.

Then each method was studied separately.

The second addresses the theme of taking ‘natural disposition’ into consideration.

The third studies religious education, while the fourth studies leniency and mercy.

The fifth section studies decisiveness and determination in implementing Shari’a.

It shows that establishing governing authorities that are entrusted with implementing rulings, ranks among the necessary aims, as the well-being of Ummah cannot be attained without their establishment.
