The Arabic Islamic state have had elegant cultured aspects, because the first Muslim leaders have built their state on firmed bases.

It was apparent in many fields such as management, policy and economy.

The agricultural field was the most important as it presented the essence of the Islamic state for both the government and citizens, so that thy tried to give the most important agriculture.

The Islamic state paid much attention to agricultural lands.

Surveying those lands was the most important issue at that time.

This process was first established by Omar Bin Al Khattab ( may Allah bless him ) who managed to build a system to put some bases for such a process.

He has assigned specialist persons to tackle such a job.

He has made a low for surveying those lands where the process has to pass into many stages to arrive at successful results.
