Abstract EN

The current research aims to identify the principles of democratic teaching by geography teachers in the preparatory school level.

Are there differences according to the gender variable, and to achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher prepared a scale for the principles of democratic teaching that was subjected to statistical analysis, and psychometric extraction of validity and reliability.

The results showed that the research sample possessed principles of a democratic teaching of a (high) degree, and there are no statistically significant differences at the level of the significance (0.05) according to the gender variable (male-female).
