يتناول هذا البحث طرق استغلال الوقف وجبايته في القدس في العصر العثماني حتى بداية التنظيمات العثمانية، أي: خلال الفترة (922-1266 ه/ 1516-1850 م)، وذلك بدءا بمعاملات الوقف من خلو واستحكار واستبدال واستدانة.
كيا يتناول طرق استغلال الموقوفات كالمرابحة والإجارة والمزارعة والمساقاة والمغارسة.
ويتطرق إلى طرق توزيع ريع الوقف كالتقدير أو التخمين، والمقاسمة (المفاصلة)، والمقاطعة (المبلغ المقطوع).
Abstract EN
This research deals with the ways of utilizing the endowment (Waqf) and its collection in Jerusalem during the Ottoman Period until the beginning of the Ottoman Organizations (Tanzimat), that is to say during the period of (922-1266 A.H /1516-1850 A.D).
It begins with the endowment transactions of the vacancy (Kholo), monopoly (Istehkar), Substitution (Istebdal) and Loan (Istedana).
It also deals with the ways of utilizing the endowments such as loans (Murabaha), leasing (Idjarat), Shared cropping (Muzara›a and Musakat) and planting (Mugharsa).
The research also points to the methods of distributing endowments such as estimation (Takdeer), valuation (Takhmin), distribution (Mukasama), and lump sum (Mukata’a).
