Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the perception proposed TQM Palestinian sports clubs and through the application of comprehensive quality standards for the development of an integrated framework to provide the appropriate conditions for the application of efficient and effective implementation of comprehensive quality standards the Palestinian sports clubs.

the researcher used the descriptive survey was the research community boards some sports clubs palestinian was research sample (119) members of the boards of sports clubs palestinian and use the questionnaire as a tool of data collection and study reached a perception proposed TQM in sports clubs palestinian following the following : "everybody knows sports clubs senior management standards and a culture of quality and pattern recognition administrative leadership to be implemented and focus on the principle of client satisfaction and achieve continuous training requirements for workers and clubs to provide effective communication process requirements and continuous improvement palestinian sports clubs" the study recommended the application of the proposed recommendations resulting from the conclusions of the study.
