Abstract EN

The current study aimed at examining the level of both mindfulness and well-being of individuals' mothers with mental disabilities in the governorates of Gaza, as well as exploring the relationship between mindfulness and well-being with the study sample, the study sample reached (500) of mothers with mental disabilities in the governorates of Gaza who are from (16) rehabilitation centers for people with disabilities in Gaza, their ages ranged between (19-54); their average age (33.48), with a standard deviation (8.35), as it was the lowest age (19), and the largest age (54).

the study was based on two measures : mindfulness scale and well-being scale, which are (prepared by the researcher).

the results of the study indicated that the level of both mindfulness and well-being occurred within the high level, and it was found that there is a positive (direct) correlation between the total degree of mindfulness and its sub-dimensions with the total degree of well-being and its sub-dimensions.
