Given the fact that money laundering is the use of camouflage and secrecy techniques to break the link between funds derived from crime and their illicit origins, efforts to prevent and combat such crime must be based on an integrated financial intelligence system based on the collection of financial information on suspicious transactions from a long list of sources at the level of financial institutions or other institutions and professions.
the financial information will then be sent for analysis and referral of suspect files to justice.

Compte tenu du fait que le blanchiment de capitaux consiste à exploiter des techniques de camouflage et de secret pour rompre le lien entre les fonds provenant d'actes criminels et leurs origines illicites, les efforts de prévention et de lutte contre ce type de crime doivent reposer sur un système intégré du renseignement financier fondé sur la collecte d'informations financières sur les opérations suspectes par une longue liste de sources au niveau d'institutions financières ou d'autres institutions et professions.
les renseignements financiers seront ensuite envoyés pour analyse et renvoi des dossiers suspects à la justice.
