The growing importance of the knowledge economy-also known as the knowledge-based economy (KBE)-in the growth and development process of countries is well established.
three central objectives are highlighted in our paper and which shed light on the impact of the kbe for economic emergence.
the main results of our article highlight the need to implement measures to foster and promote KBE in Algeria.

L’importance croissante de l’économie du savoir, connue également sous le nom d’économie fondée sur la connaissance (EFC), dans le processus de croissance et de développement des pays n’est plus à démontrer.
trois objectifs centraux sont mis en exergue dans notre papier et qui mettent en relief l’impact de l’EFC surl’émergence économique.
les principaux résultats de notre article mettent en évidence la nécessité de mettre en oeuvre des mesures pour favoriser et promouvoir l’EFC en Algérie.
