Abstract EN

The discipline of “the Principles of Fiqh” is closely related Shari’ah texts.

These texts could have thematic unity.

For instance, one may notice that the verses about racing and hasting is a common theme of taking initiatives and the superiority of racing (towards the good).

This was reiterated in many positions in the Qur’an.

Therefore, this paper focuses on the analysis of the evidence presented by scholars about the relevant principles of Fiqh, showing the rationale, evaluating the evidence and responding to the objections.
