The evidence taken from DNA examination is considered to be one of the public scientific departments in achieving the social justice in order to submit the physical evidences which have the important impact in dealing with the Crime scene especially that such evidences were resulted by modern technical means that the states resort to, to detect the offenders and determine their identities.

Here the insisting needs to study such matter in criminal proof have been arisen as an attempt to put a legal bias to such scientific evidence and its importance extent in the criminal proof.

Therefore, I humbly tried with my opinion to enhance the subject of the research about the extent to which the DNA can be used in the criminal proof and the essence of the legal force of the DNA as well as the controls of choosing the DNA as an evidence of proof in the penal matters.
