Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the impact of organizational change on job performance these changes including organizational structure, technology, and employees.

Also, it aimed to identify the statistically significant correlation between organizational change and job performance in Libya Oil Company in Benghazi.

A descriptive analysis study was conducted and a questionnaire was designed as a tool to collect data for this study.

After that, the questionnaire was distributed to (70) employees from the middle management in the company.

(62) valid questionnaires were received for statistical analysis.

The results showed that the organizational changes effect dramatically on job performance.

Furthermore, the results find a strong direct and statistically significant correlation between organizational change and job performance at the company.

This study recommends that the company should keep pace with environmental changes, adopt a flexible and effective organizational structure, develop modern technical systems for work, and paying attention to the training and development programs for employees to improve their skills and performance.
