Abstract EN

The main aim of this study is to about know the roles of the political unjust and the economical resources from another side in the abruption of the internal conflicts to be dominated by violence and the possibility of the combination of the two in one conflict.

With defining the importance of the natural resources (Oil and land) in the abruption of the internal conflict or in building a modern state and a democratic community and the way to reach the last mentioned goal which to mean the true relation between the oil resource and the abruption of the internal conflict dominated by dominated by violence .

This study reached conclusions which are: the internal dominated by violence conflict is the resolute of the unjust polices also the economical gains.

The unjust social, economical, polices to provide the engine and the power for the people to reach solutions to end their suffering while the direct economical gains may explain the savage practices by the war lords in such conflicts.

And to highlight the important role of the oil as a natural resource to push the governments towards corruption and the one charisma domination in case it was used against the benefits of the people.

The unavailability of land and the way of its unjust distribution if combined with one frame like the (existence of one ethnic or lingual group within the area) this to form a huge problem of the unjust social, economical polices to develop a suitable environment of the violent internal conflicts under this shed of light we concluded the following: in the case of the states depending on one natural resources like the oil dependent states such states to take measurements to include the following: to work on the just mechanism to distribute the natural resources to all the community members without any distinguishing within it to be based on the degree of the loyalty or other reasons.

For example establishing a fund for to distribute the oil income on the citizens directly.

And another fund to distribute a portion of the oil income and the other natural resources for the benefits of the regional governments and the governorates.

And his rest of the income is for the central government to spent on the public projects for the benefit of the people such as infer structure and service projects.

Such estates to pay a serious effort, also to work on more of transparency in dealing with the resources incomes.
