Abstract EN

The present study aims at the acknowledgement of same manager's entrepreneurial skills and their role in reconstructing a entrepreneur organizational culture through an actual field test through the opinions of managers, assistants, head of departments in a selected sample of banks in Duhok Province.

To obtain the results hoped from the study, we adopted some available studies, researchers and books that dealt with the variables of the present study, hoping to establish its textual and theoretical frame works.

And the study reached conclusions The field results showed that the dimensions of the entrepreneur organizational culture being considered as a responsive variables are largely affected by the in dependent variables which have a big role in the improvement of entrepreneur organizational dimensions, but the role of the behavioral skills was stronger than the other roles of individual and managerial skills in the process of building and reconstructing the entrepreneur organizational culture.

Some recommendations were also advised, The dire need of concern and interest to develop the entrepreneur skills of the managers and their assistants and other head of departments, which is done through the establishment of workshops under taken by academic organizations found in the province and the university of Duhok is not an exception.
