Abstract EN

Concerns about the health of people in the event of natural disasters raise many questions about the ability of the Algerian state to cope with these health effects in a way that ensures good preparedness and proper dealing with them.

this problematic has been reflected in the law of health plannin, therefore aim through this study to assess the role of health planning in ensuring the health of people exposed to natural disasters in the national territory in accordance with the legal system for the territorial amenagment.
