يتوقف عزم المسيرين على العمل بالتغذية الراجعة التي تنتج عن التقييم المتعدد المصادر أساسا على مدى تبنيهم لهذه التغذية الراجعة والذي يتجلى في قبولها والوعي بأهميتها .
من هذا المنطلق وبالاعتماد على نموذج Ilgen وآخرون لسنة 1979 المعدل من قبل Plunier و آخرون سنة 2012 هدفت هذه الدراسة التي استخدمت المنهج الكمي إلى استكشاف العلاقة بين تبني المسيرين للتغذية الراجعة وعزمهم على العمل بها لدى عينة مكونة من 34 إطار مسير بشركة توزيع الغاز والكهرباء بالجزائر التابعة لشركة سونلغاز خضعت لتقييم الأداء المتعدد المصادر .
وعلى الرغم من نأكيد نتائج استبيان تبني المسيرين للتغذية الراجعة إلا أن اختبار KHI2 للفرضيات نفى وجود علاقة دالية بين متغيري الدراسة على عكس نموذجها المرجعي الذي تم اختباره في سياق تقييم إمكانيات المسيرين
Abstract EN
The willingness of managers to act in concordance with multi-sources feedback depends essentially on their appropriation of this feedback which could be manifested in terms of acceptance and awareness.
Based on Ilgen et al.
model adapted by Plunier et al.
2012, the present study, guided by a quantitative approach, tried to explore the relation between managers’ feedback appropriation and their willingness to act in concordance with this feedback among 34 managers of SDA-SONELGAZ in a context of performance multi-sources appraisal.
Although the analysis of feedback appropriation questionnaire confirmed its acceptance by managers, the hypotheses Khi2 test invalidated the existence of a dependency relation between the two variables of the study inversely to the initial model tested in a context of potential evaluation

L'intention d'agir dans le sens du feedback multi-sources dépendrait essentiellement de l'appropriation des évalués de ce feedback, qui se manifeste par son acceptation et par la conscientisation perçue.
En se basant sur le modèle d'Ilgen et al.
1979 adapté par Plunier et al.
2012, la présente étude, guidée par une approche méthodologique quantitative, a tenté d'explorer la relation entre l'appropriation du feedback et l'intention des managers d'agir dans le sens du feedback auprès de 34 managers de la SDA-SONELGAZ dans un contexte d'évaluation multi-sources de la performance.
Bien que les résultats du questionnaire de l'appropriation du feedback ont confirmé son acceptation et une conscientisation perçue par les managers, le test Khi2 des hypothèses a confirmé partiellement l'existence de liens de dépendance entre les deux variables de l'étude inversement au modèle de référence testé dans le contexte de l'évaluation du potentiel.
