تحليل مؤشرات الاستدامة المالية و متطلبات ترسيخها في الجزائر

Abstract EN

The purpose of this article is to analyze the indicators of Financial Sustainability in Algeria, and to suggest some requirements to strengthen it, by using the Key indicators of sustainability after happening (ex-post) and before happening (ex-ant) which can count to adopt procedures that make the financial situation of the State far from future financial crises, this study allows us to conclude that the financial situation of Algeria is not sustainable in the medium term; this reinforces the hypothesis of a probable exposure to financial difficulties if it does not take the procedures that ensure the rationalization and governance of its expenses and diversify the sources of its revenues, in particular the progressive substitution of oil revenue with ordinary revenue, and mobilization of financing through the stock Exchange.

L'objet de cet article consiste à analyser les indicateurs de la Soutenabilité financière en Algérie, et de suggérer certaines exigences pour la renforcer, en utilisant les indicateurs clés de la Soutenabilité, (ex-post & ex-ant), sur lequel on peut compter pour adopter des procédures qui permettent de prémunir la situation des finances publiques de l’état des futures crises financières.

Cette étude nous permet de conclure que la situation financière de l’Algérie n'était pas soutenable au moyen terme, cela renforcerait l’hypothèse d’une probable exposition aux difficultés financières si elle ne prenait pas les procédures qui assurent la rationalisation et la gouvernance de ses dépenses et diversifient les sources de ses revenus, notamment la substitution progressive des recettes pétrolières par les recettes ordinaires , et la mobilisation du financement via le marché boursier
