This research comes to shed light on the distressing reality in which we flounder today, in light of the terrible decline that our value systems know at all levels, and in light of the constant waste of opportunities, under various names, and today we have the right to re-ask the question of the crisis again, a question aimed at looking at the accumulations of the crisis, on the one hand, and the re-consideration of the concept of the jurisprudence of the crisis, and the reasoning of dealing with it, on the other hand, and therefore we should pay attention to our intellectual powers, headed by Cheikh Mohammed Bachir El Ibrahimi, in order to be guided by his vision towards the dilemma and solution, according to a critical analytical approach.
