The research aims to identify the Turkish tourism experience and its development and the extent of the introduction of the economic, social and environmental dimensions of sustainable development.

The study concluded that the tourism industry is considered one of the economic activities of great importance and a strong engine for sustainable development, so Turkey has always worked to build a relationship between sustainable development and tourism.

It has introduced a range of measures and implemented incentive policies and concessions to promote growth in the tourism sector, and the strategy adopted has attached great importance to sustainable tourism development.
