Abstract EN

We aim through this study to research the factors that generate conflicts within the Algerian National People's Assembly, We have limited our research to intellectual factors represented in different political economic, religious and cultural ideologies.

To do this, we conducted a field study at the People's National Assembly on a sample quota estimated at 241 parliamentarians from different political affiliations.

We came to the conclusion that the conflict in the council arose out of different ideas, philosophies and affiliations, and took first a cultural character, then a political one, then a religious and economic character.
