Abstract EN

According to the outputs of the general development project in Algeria after independence, by analyzing its inputs related to Algeria’s resources and its geographical location and the objectives that were set in the various stages of its implementation, we try to set general principles for evaluation in order to remedy the pitfalls and be able to lay the foundations for advancement according to a development strategy that takes into account the available data and what is possible to be built upon.

Of course, this work is related to realizing the internal situation, but also the general international situation and the principles that control it, in addition to benefiting from successful development experiences, especially with the model of the South Asian countries and emerging economies.

Therefore, it is generally connected in terms of dimensions and developmental determinants, on the basis of the decisions that emerged regarding the new Algerian economic model.
