Quarantine is one of the most important methods used in ancient times, as people resorted to it to prevent epidemics and diseases, and there were several anthropological and religious studies on this mechanism, and the administrative control authorities used many means that the law allowed them to take in order to prevent the dangers of security encroachment and the safety of the state, and these dangers may affect public security, public health, or public tranquility, but the question arises, how can we balance between these measures taken and the freedoms of individuals ? , and what we are witnessing in recent times of the large number of epidemics and diseases that have forced the controlling authorities to expedite the taking of many measures to limit the spread of this so-called deadly disease (Corona COVID 19), as it issued several decrees requiring quarantine, which is a type of preventive measure, and it is also a form of restricting freedoms, and here the control authorities must balance between this method and interference, as they use their authority without abuse in their use and thus not prejudice to rights and freedoms Individuals.
