This study aims at highlighting the most crucial foundations that embody the integrated conceptual framework of Local Development through presenting the most important points about its definitions, goals, and programmes.

This study also highlights its effective role in the development at the level of the local community, regardless of its geographical location, while pushing the national economy for the better.

Local Development is the key to which the government achieves all its goals in the best way.

Likewise, members of the local community have been granted the freedom and both material and intellectual independence to make them live decent life.

Local development is of great importance as it is the result of joint efforts between the government and members of local society.

In order to achieve the purpose of its existence, the obstacles that it encounters must be reduced by the best possible possibilities.
