The objective of the research is to identify the role of business incubators through embracing, encouraging and developing small and medium enterprises to achieve sustainable development and to provide technical, administrative and advisory services to the owners of these projects and its contribution in launching them to the local market and the impact they can have on achieving sustainable development.

The researcher concluded that business incubators adopt new ideas to create and create new creative projects or help expand existing projects.

It provides support, funding, extension services and facilities for SMEs.

The researcher has recommended raising awareness of the idea of the incubator and its message through marketing and publicity.

Develop legislation and regulations that provide protection for entrepreneurship as national projects to combat unemployment
