Abstract EN

The research problem was that the education in middle school was limited to certain methods and the failure to follow modern methods, including the method of proficiency learning style in gymnastic skills.

This is what prompted the researchers to study the problem experimentally and devise suitable proposals to address it, by preparing teaching plans in the style of proficiency learning and highlighting their impact on acquiring the gymnastics skills.

The sample consisted of (24) students.

By polling, they were divided into two groups of equal number.

Each group contained (12) students.

The experiment lasted for two months, after which the statistical system (SPSS) was taken to process the data.

The study concluded: The contribution of proficiency learning to the increase in number of empowered students, in addition to increasing the average achievement rate of the tests.

As for the recommendations, it was the introduction of proficiency learning within teacher training and preparation programs for its effective role in making students active participants throughout the course of the lesson.
