Abstract EN

Some of the modern Arab scholars in the beginning of the last quarter of the last century have resorted to using a new approach in the grammar lesson which is the transformational approach adopted by the American linguist "Noam Chomsky", in which he tried to fill the gaps and shortcomings of the formal descriptive method and his inability to explain many of the relations between Camel.

The inefficiency of these formal methods in their interpretation of grammatical theory and its exclusion of meaning in grammatical analysis of the linguistic phenomenon is what prompted these Arab scholars to adopt alternative curricula that are capable of studying Arabic grammar.
