The fields of scientific, agricultural and developmental life have affected agricultural and animal production negatively and positively, and this technology created a situation that opened the door to the protection of these innovations and the advanced and renewed products in the way that may assist in developing science and knowledge in the field of scientific research and medical therapy.

Therefore, establishing a legal framework is necessary for regulating these technical processes that deal with genes and genetic chains for the emergence of innovations of a biotechnical nature in order to determine extent of effectiveness of the intellectual property laws in providing the legal protection for such technology.
