The aim of the research is to define the role of digital leadership in achieving the competitive advantage of public education schools in the urban city of Abha by identifying the dimensions of competitive advantage, and to achieve those objectives the Study used descriptive curriculum and question- naire applied to a sample of (377) teacher leaders in public ed- ucation schools in the urban city of Abha, and the results of the Study sample d'état on the importance of the role of digital lead- ership in achieving the competitive advantage of public schools in Abha city in the development of (digital resources, physical and financial resources, organizational Structure, and organiza- tional structure of the school, From the point of view of leaders and teachers, In the light of these findings, the Study reached a number of recommendations, including: developing policies, regulations and regulations related to the employment of digital technology, establishing a system of training programs and eval- uating workers to apply modern technology in the leadership of public schools.
