Abstract EN

This article aims to highlight the impact of leaders and followers on Governments.

The study employs the analytical and comparative approach.

It concludes with a number of findings, the most important of which are: the leaders’ ability to collect the righteous followers to help them carry out their charitable goals, preventing the corrupt leaders and their followers, which results in good impact on political decision.

The otherwise factors lead to negative impact on political decision.

As for the righteous followers, and their impact on Governments, their strength lies in that they are public Muslims, helping in reforming some corrupt people.

Their weaknesses lie in that they take advantage of allowances and ignore determination in positions where they have to make use of it.

They are also easy to influence by rumors, demanding perfectness in righteous leaders.

These are factors with negative impact on righteous leaders, opening doors for corrupt leaders.

As for the impact of corrupt leaders and their followers on Governments, they worship money and destroy economics and State budgets preferring their own interests over the public’s.

This actually impacts political decision for both private and public interest in most Government sectors, which harms religion, soul, mind, offspring and money, which Sharia is meant to protect.
