Abstract EN

The Study aimed to identify the degree of fulfillment of the requirements of institutional accreditation at the Saudi Electronic University and its relationship to the degree of applying administrative transparency from the viewpoint of faculty members.

The Qudy used the descriptive approach, the survey method, and the relational approach.

The Study population consisted of all faculty members at the university and they numbered (424), and the sample con- sisted of (183) members, who constitute (43%) of the Study population, who were chosen in a simple random manner.

To achieve the goals of the Study, a questionnaire was built consisting of two axes: the first axis measures the of fulfillment of the requirements of institutional accreditation in (32) Statements, and the second axis measures the degree of the practice of administrative transparency and in (20) Qatements.

The results showed that the degree of meeting the requirements of institutional accreditation at the Saudi Electronic University is highly achieved.

And that the degree of exercising administrative transparency is high.

The results also showed a positive correlation Statistically significant at the level of significance (0.01) between the degree of fulfill- ment of the requirements of institutional accreditation and the degree of the practice of administrative transparency.

In light of the results, the Study made a number of recommendations.
