Abstract EN

This study attempts to read the kiedyat of the Uma- yyad poet A1-Arji in the shape of a cultural reading, in an attempt to benefit from the tools of the cultural approach in studying the ancient poetic text, exploring its depths and fragmenting its deep structure in order to reach and discover the vision of the Uma- yyad poet regarding the matters of creativity, authority, universe and life and the study was made of two aspects: Theoretical Framework (Subaltern and Theses of Cultural Crit- icism), in which I tried to introduce a comprehensive definition of the duality of the center and the margin and its relation to lit- erature, linking it to the context of the theses of cultural criticism.

Applied action: (Subaltern Representation in A1-Arji's kiedyatin kiedyat A1-Arji), which included the following: (1-2) A1-Arji's and the exit out of the shadow.

(2-2) The layout of virility and the cancellation of the other.

The study concluded that A1-Arji's kiedyat Subaltern embeds in its deep structure a criticism of the Umayyad authority, and an objection to his exclusion and the inclusion of the Makhzou- mites, competitors of the House of A1-Arji, by accusing its men of weakness, corruption and lack ofmasculinity, the Makhzoumi women of those who were in power were interested in A1-Arji's love poems and satisfied with it, they exchanged his love with a greater and stronger love and it is a form of A1-Arji's virility and the corruption of the morals of the men in the authority.

More- over, the kiedyat of A1-Arji ( the Subaltern) also contain some sort ofa challenge to the Makhzoumi men ofthe Umayyads (the center) as he was writing love poems of their women without having any fear of them.
