This study aimed to reveal the effectiveness of the use of interactive teaching in the development of speech skills for nonnative speakers of other advanced level.

As well as to know the application of interactive teaching strategies in the development of speech skills, the study adopted descriptive analytical approach beside the experimental approach which suit for such topics, and the sample study was the study of the study of the department of linguistic preparation International University of Africa (advanced level).

The paper contains three axes The first axis: deals with skill of speech, its definition, importance, and objectives, while the second axis: dealing with interactive teaching, its concept, objectives, and the most important strategies, while the third axis deals with presentation, analysis and discussion of experimentation.

The paper concluded with the most important results: that the development of speech skills through interactive teaching is a situation in which the vitality and dynamism of students are available and do not feel bored and monotonous, that the strategy of interactive teaching has a high effectiveness in the development of speech skills in non-Arabic language .learners
